Perfect Taste by Wilson2Wilson is a family run  West Indian catering business, which is Located in Croydon and owned by Dawn & Floyd Wilson. Dawn Wilson (CEO) has over 20 years cooking experience with both Caribbean and European food. Dawn has always had a passion for cooking fresh Caribbean dishes from a  young age, she would often watch her parents prepare tasty Jamaican meals. 

The staff team include their two children, family members, cousins and close family friends.

Perfect Taste has participated in various events such as Hackney Homes in conjunction with Olympic torch,

3rd place winner in the Jerk cookout, South Norwood Arts Festival, Natural November and Carshalton Environmental Fair Vegan festival to name but a few. 

Our Food

We as a business pride ourselves in providing authentic freshly prepared food to tantalise your taste buds.

For those who enjoy the taste of Caribbean specialties such as succulent Curry goat, Jerk chicken, Steam fish and a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes. We also make homemade refreshing beverages including: Rum punch, Sorrel & Ginger and Pineapple with Lime & Ginger. We use locally sourced provisions and seasoning from Jamaica to give it the real taste of back home.

We can provide cuisine for various indoor and outdoor functions, such as: funerals, weddings, christenings, corporate meetings, birthday parties, festivals and other social gatherings. Our team are very professional and friendly and ensures your guest are well looked after. We also provide a drop off/pick service if required, please don't hesitate to give us a call.
